How to solve the subscriptions not supported warning

This guide will help you resolve the Subscriptions not supported warning


Sometimes users get this warning on their subscriptions page


Setup warning


This means that your shop payment gateway does not support recurring payments and you need to switch to one that does.

Shopify has requirements on which payment gateways support subscriptions. You can read about them in this guide


Requirements


To change your payment gateways to one that support subscriptions follow these steps


  1. Go to Shopify settings on the bottom left of your screen

  1. Open the payments section and click Manage. Now you can select one of the recommended payment gateways that support subscriptions.
