Import a member to a subscription
You need to first have a subscriptoin plan. See How to create a subscription plan
Find your subscription plan and open it. If you don't have one, create it.
First make sure that the Subscription plan you want to import her to has products linked to it currently.
Open the Subscriptions in the plan tab and click + Member
Click + Import & select the member from your shop
Select the customer you want to import
Fill in any further details in the form & click next
Click on + Purhcase option
Select the purchase option and click Add
Click add product. The products listed here are the ones in the subscription plan.
Enter the date to start billing this new subscription. It has to be in the future.
Check the Concentl box and set up the notification email if you'd like to send it. Click Finish .
Wait for a confirmation email
