What happens when a customer purchases a product linked to a course?
Intro
When you create a course on Inflowkit & link it to a product, anyone that purchases that product is automatically enrolled to the course.
Below is deeper explanation of all the things that happen at, during and after enrollment.
Once a customer purchase a product linked to a course the following happens:
- The customer is **automatically enrolled to the course **the once the order is successfully placed
- An account is created for them on your shop & an email is sent from Shopify store asking them to activate their account.
- A course Welcome email (if you have it enabled) is sent to them with a link to access the course.
This link can be used within 24hrs to access the course without having account on the shop.
- They show on your InflowKit admin under the course > enrollment tab where you can track their progress
